STEP 1

As soon as you contact DEMENAGEMENTS JAF for an export shipment, we will set up an appointment for a physical/ virtual survey to be able to assess the volume of your belongings, listen to your needs (needed documents for exporting the goods, special boxes for paintings/ artwork, storage of furniture, personal effects and car if needed, insurance….) and also provide you with some useful information.

STEP 2

Then our sales department, according to the survey report, will collect all the necessary information from the shipping lines/ air cargo companies as well as destination partners and prepare the best financial offer.

STEP 3

Once the move is confirmed and on the packing day, an experienced team will come to your residence to take care of packing, inventorying and loading your goods.  A team leader will be at your disposal during the entire process as well as a quality manager who will come by at least once a day to ensure that everything is going as planned and to listen to your comments.
