How we work?
As soon as you contact DEMENAGEMENTS JAF for an export shipment, we will set up an appointment for a physical/ virtual survey to be able to assess the volume of your belongings, listen to your needs (needed documents for exporting the goods, special boxes for paintings/ artwork, storage of furniture, personal effects and car if needed, insurance….) and also provide you with some useful information.
Then our sales department, according to the survey report, will collect all the necessary information from the shipping lines/ air cargo companies as well as destination partners and prepare the best financial offer.
Once the move is confirmed and on the packing day, an experienced team will come to your residence to take care of packing, inventorying and loading your goods. A team leader will be at your disposal during the entire process as well as a quality manager who will come by at least once a day to ensure that everything is going as planned and to listen to your comments.
Our export department will take care of your relocation from the beginning to the very end with the help of the best partner operating at destination who will take care of following up with the shipping line/ air cargo company to make sure you are updated on time concerning the shipment arrival date as well as the estimated delivery time frame.
