Once in charge of the delivery of your personal effects, our import coordinator will contact you to give you all the necessary information concerning the delivery of your personal effects and/or car to your new residence in Tunisia (verification of access to residence, customs regulations, the list of documents necessary for customs clearance, preferred delivery date……)
Step 2
We will stay in constant contact with our partner at origin as well as the shipping company to track the shipment and provide you with necessary updates.
Once the shipment arrives at the port/airport and upon receipt of the notice of arrival we will contact you to collect the necessary documents and our clearance service will take in charge your file.
Step 3
Once customs clearance is completed, we will transport your shipment to your residence for a full delivery service which includes complete unpacking of effects, assembly of furniture, installation and collection of empty boxes and crates.
